I am a native Hungarian speaker with over 15 years of experience in translation and interpreting. I grew up in Hungary but have been living in the United Kingdom for the past 11 years.
My philosophy:

The role of a translator/interpreter is to promote communication between communities and enable individuals and organisations to interact with one another on an international level to bridge the linguistic and cultural gap between two worlds.

The translator must have an understanding of the culture and history out of which the source language grew, and the society in which the target language is used. An absolute understanding of the source material is essential, as well as a deep knowledge of the vocabulary, grammar, and syntax of both languages.

Did you know that this bridge is a larger scale version of Marlow Bridge in the UK, built by William Tierney Clark?
